Jose Tollinchi

Jose Tollinchi is a solutions-focused training consultant, program manager, and software developer with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in the public and private sectors—both domestic and international. A retired Army veteran with a distinguished career, Jose has trained and certified more than 5,000 professionals in program management, contract management, cost and price analysis, and agile methodologies.
Jose is known as the “Tax Nerd” by those closest to him. With over 12 years of direct experience in the tax industry, Jose leads TaxPro Accelerator, where he teaches tax companies how to remain compliant with IRS regulations and the law while also equipping them with strategies to grow their businesses sustainably. His expertise helps firms balance expansion with compliance, ensuring long-term success.
Jose has a proven record of excellence managing contracts exceeding $700M in value, restoring full compliance to government programs, and driving measurable performance improvements across federal and private-sector projects. A recognized thought leader in training, curriculum design, and technical instruction, he has served as a lead instructor for emerging software developers, federal employees, and Department of Defense professionals.
As the CEO of Metaverse Group Inc. (dba TaxPro Academy), Jose develops software solutions, while also delivering government-certified training programs through GSA contracts. His work has impacted thousands of professionals by equipping them with practical, compliant, and forward-looking skills.

Jose has been recognized by the Small Business Administration for his work in training and as a Business Coach, and also recognized by the Department of Defense for curriculum development and technical instruction.
